AFMAT will initially care for Marginalized Groups in Dodoma rural areas, and will implement several revenue generating activities. Established procedures will be set in place for all staff and volunteers. Development will include construction of buildings, infrastructure, and a store for selling farm products. Sustainability projects will provide operating funds for everyday activities at the organization level.

ChairpersonStage two is in place through April 2023, the projected grand opening of the organization. Some prominent objectives during this stage include:
- Complete remaining construction and infrastructure;
- Official opening of AFMAT; and
- Excursion of the Sustainable projects
